Women’s Wellness Yoga class summary outline

Flametree aims for women to reach a place where they’re more equipped to balance the many demands placed upon them. Such demands include their job, relationships, work at home, desire to grow as a person, and their own physiological changes.

Via yoga, you become more aware of who you are in your body, and your mental and emotional strengths and weaknesses. Plus, you realise it’s possible to evolve, and become a better human.

In the process, you become more accepting, and more aware that things are always in flux. So, wellness yoga is also about growing in aspects of yourself as you live your daily life.

Updating habits, as needed

It also includes being able to reflect on your habits. In the process, you realise that many habits have a “use by” date. So, you may throw some out, or replace them, or both.

As a result, women’s wellness is also the ability to look at yourself in a more detached way, and not repeat mistakes you may have made in the past.

Taken all together, that’s wellness. It includes inner strength. That’s also part of what you’re building in women’s wellness yoga.
