In the large, air-conditioned SWELL yoga room, at very low Palmerston yoga prices. This Saturday SWELL yoga class continues ongoingly, via Flametree's free 1st class for NT residents, & HALF price 10 pack for new & 3 months lapsed (with 2 extra free classes included). A child with an adult is also free until at least 1/5/25. Ideally, bring a mat (but we also have a few we can loan you). It's basic yoga suitable for all. Get all the proven benefits of SWELL yoga.
You can just turn up, preferably about 10 minutes before the class. There's no need to book, unless you want to speed up check in.
Wear loose or stretch clothing.
